There were a lot of strange looking people here, it seemed.

Not that Kokonoe wasn’t strange in her own right. She was odd enough in her own world, probably odder still in whatever pocket of the universe this city was located in. Her tails twitched in thought, and the tiniest hints of a smirk pulled at the corners of her mouth.

“You were there to watch that presidential shit-show last night, weren’t you?” An ear twitched. “How’d that end up?” Poorly, if she were to guess, but a part of her wanted to hear about this mess of a story in full.
