I don't talk about my fascination with dioramas often, but i learned alot watching just this one process for making them. In particular, it's dangerous, expensive, and if you're a perfectionist it can be stressful. The whole time i was like "Lars, why are you so worried about air bubbles? This is an underwater scene anyway, bubbles would look right at home here." at the same time bubbles in the face mould do look kinda weird, so i understood that part. And the finished product looks great as is, so the lighting just looked excessive. Maybe if it were dimmer i'd like it more? Idk.
