This ended up being a failure, but it looked cool at first. Was suppose to be a fantasy creature with fur and stuff, but it was my first attempt and his head was too heavy. :(
Julie is all done! I call her semi-customized because all I did was replace her eyes and wig. Her face paint still looked good so I left it as is. She has Marie Grace's wig and custom, hand painted eyes. I haven't decided what I'm going to do with her yet. Maybe sell her? I need to take some better photos, though. My phone's camera kept color-metering off the blue / gray background and over compensating with an overly red cast. One custom underway! This is Julie with some very blue custom eyes that I painted. The photo didn't quite capture the correct color of blue, though. They are actually much lighter. She's wearing a Marie Grace wig. I had a McKenna I was going to customize like this but ended up selling her. I really liked the combination of blue eyes with Marie Grace's wig, but I wanted custom blue eyes - which is why I didn't hang on to McKenna at the time. That's all I plan to do with Julie - wig and eyes. Her face paint is still perfect so I'd rather leave it as is.
