when i was in high school they told us that being transgender/sexual was a mental disorder and to know that people have such a better & safe understanding of it nowadays is really beautiful to me.

so, like, last year this guy saw me drawing on the train and struck up a conversation with me and told me to read Preacher and i thought it was some edgy gunslinger shit so i shrugged it off and then a few months ago we ran into each other again (haha new york’s weird) and he asked if i had read Preacher yet and now im just sitting in my apartment reading Preacher like YES KID ON THE SUBWAY I AM SO SORRY I DOUBTED YOU.
