IT sorta kills me that I'm in like my ninth year of learning Latin and I'm still such a novice at the language, like I've only been doing Spanish for a month and I feel like I know more. Like reading entire paragraphs with no dictionary or grammar reference. I wish they would just fucjing teach Latin as a spoken language everywhere instead of just at throes expensive schools in Italy, like for me learning a language without speaking it is like learning to drive a car without driving it for real like I wanna be able to be fluent and understand shit. Not being taught as spoken kills the love I have for the language.

Dear 13yr old me

You kept living.

It got worse before it got better.

Way worse.

It could have definitely been worse than it got.

But you kept going.

You kept pushing to follow your dreams.

You wished to be free, you’re twenty two with 89% of a Bachelors degree in the thing you love, you have three jobs, two of which you really love and want to progress in. Link still is your best friend. And you’ve been moved into your first apartment for a little over two weeks. Oh and you moved back home. And you are completely cut off from the toxic people who hurt you, and they no longer have the privilege to be in your life. Congratulations you made it, keep going.

why do guys automatically assume that if you aren’t dating them that whoever you are dating is automatically a piece of shit???? LIke my first boyfriend, who I dumped four years ago goes on fb making anonymous posts about me and then hits me up reminding me that I deserve better blah blah blah. But like he doesn’t even know my currrent person to begin with he just assumed ( his words by the way) that Brett is trash and that I have no confidence?? gosh

I’m still really angry like he apologised an all but like he called my favorite person ever a trash ass dude like don’t get me wrong he is deeply flawed but so am I and we make each other better and happier and i’m thankful we both shoved our anxiety to the wayside enough to finally really be together because that was all i ever wanted. ugh i just hate when people say mean things about my friends behind their backs,

How to get a boy in six years!

Year 1 Glance at him awkwardly as he literally does anything.                 (activites include breathing, defeating friends at chess etc)

Year 2 Crush on him and all his friends in the hopes that he notices.                  (he noticed btw)

Year 3 Have said boy help you with your apchem homework everyday for a year so you don’t fail, reveal your feelings to him, have weird lunch date in cafeteria, ask each other to proms and then don’t go.

Year 4 Talk infrequently and dodge any attempts on his part ot hang out, despite how much you wanna.

Year 5 100% radio silence, ignore his ass.

Year 6 Wait until he gets drunk and confesses his feelings to you again and then passes out. Do NOT text back, wait for him to hit you up sober a week later. Congratulations your work has paid off, he is now yours!!!
