Shows featuring black studs/stems/gnc’s that are actually worth watching
1. Harlem(2023) 3 Seasons: Camille, Tye (pictured), Quinn and Angie are ambitious best friends who graduate from NYU and start living in Harlem. As time progresses, they learn to navigate their relationships and careers.
2. G. R. I. T.(2025). 1 Season: A group of friends from the unforgiving city of Memphis are determined to figure out the next chapter in their lives while relishing in the world of their favourite Memphis past time, roller skating. Pictured: Francis
3. I Love L.A.(2025) 1 Season: A tight-knit friend group gathers after years apart, navigating the complexities of ambition, relationships, and how time has changed them. Pictured: Tessa
4. Settle Down(2025). 1 Season: Mason is an expert on queer relationships and a matchmaker with a booming success rate. When it comes to love, he knows everything, except why his own relationship is on the rocks. Pictured: Georgia. (I especially recommend this one for my fellow Canadians!)
Note: Unfortunately most of their love interests in these shows aren’t black femmes (except for Tye from Harlem. I’m new to watching GRIT so idk if she got a girl) Just an FYI in case y’all were looking for something with black lesbian couples
