A swift and fierce hunter. They can vibrate their wings at supersonic speeds in flight. They use their harpoon-shaped tails to skewer prey. 

A solid design!  Harptera is like if Flygon actually resembled a bug.  I like the buggy mouth.  Its sprite and drawn art are actually pretty different and it surprised me.  In wikia’s picture, it has more wings and back spines.
