Bill Weasley Headcanons

aka it’s a long one (edit: okay perhaps not that long)

loves to read but mostly about real people or events

makes up to 10 cups of tea a day but only drinks about half of them because he keeps forgetting about his half-full cups

all for physical affection/touchy feely

this includes:

- squeezing the back of people’s necks affectionatly

- amazing hugs that last just a few seconds longer than expected

- manhandling most people - has only been manhandled once himself by a fellow Egyptian curse breaker and he wasn’t able to stop thinking about it for about a week

his patronus is a (grizzly) bear

his most favourite present that he ever received was a piece of meteor that Ron gave him but wouldn’t say where he got it

is more attracted to personalities than physical appearances - someone’s personality can make them physically more attractive to him

has a high alcohol tolerance but a low tolerance for weed

can fall asleep a n y w h e r e - just give him 10 minutes and he’s off with the fairies

will talk in his sleep when spoken to but never on his own accord - he thinks it comes from his years of babysitting and being woken in the middle of the night by a child next to his bed

gave himself his first helix piercing when he was 15 - was able to hide it for almost 2 years

improved training for curse breakers at gringotts - when he came back to England before the second war Bill still worked in the ‘Curse Breaker’ department but would mostly file reports from field workers at his desk. However, being one of the best in his field the Goblins asked him to get involved in the training for the recruits and suggest improvements; his only answer was “there’s too many blokes”

likes it cold - usually gets too hot and only survived his time in egypt by charming his clothes to be cooling; sleeps with the windows open even in winter

was once dared to wear a skirt for a day at Hogwarts - he wore it for a whole week out of spite due to the comments he got on the first day and honestly didn’t hate it

it’s impossible to make him blush or uncomfortable in general - the only time he went beet red was during 3rd year where he accidentally saw Madame Hooch as she got changes for Quidditch Practice; it still sneaks up on him occasionally

on the flipside, relishes in making others blush - teasing and smirks are his main weapons

however, it’s super easy to make him laugh or grin

will stick a wet finger into people’s ears for his own amusement - only Ginny has managed to retaliate successfully once when his guard was down

he’s a foody - loves trying new food and enjoys cooking and the easiest way to make him instantly like someone

takes up the majority of the bed and is not sorry

he’s not super buff - yes he’s strong and tall but his muscles aren’t super defined so he doesn’t have shredded abs or massive arms and doesn’t really care
