When there's finally a free moment at the park, Haru decides it's time to have a talk with Towa about the recent weather and his behavior towards Yuri.
He checks the dorm, and then the fields, and then the caves. And then, when he sees no sign of the capricious vice-captain of his, he checks the last place he could think of. Towa's favorite hill.
"Toowaaaa!" He calls out from the base. "Are you there?"

When Towa first arrived at the hill, he made a beeline for the large tree, hugged her as tightly as possible, and had a real good cry with her. Normally, it was hard for him to share her pain, but this time, it felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. He held her for longer than usual before he eventually decided to spend the remaining hours of the night lounging on her hillside in his still-wet uniform. The stars always looked prettier from here.
At first, when the sound of Haru’s voice reached him, nothing but pure joy raced through his whole body. Towa sat up with excitement, eager to see one of his favorite people again, but he hesitated to reply. As much as he loved Haru, his captain still made the conscious decision to keep secrets from him, and Towa didn’t appreciate that. With a huff, he crossed his arms over his chest and lied back down, refusing to answer his captain’s call. There was still time left in the night for him to speak, but he had nothing to say to Haru.
