Ever since I've gotten Starlight Billy (or more like ever since he gotten announced in the official YT channel), my mind cannot stop conjuring up new HaruBilly scenarios X(

With each year that has passed by, I can positively say that Haru grows more used to Billy and becomes less tsundere towards him

And more openly affectionate. Only behind closed doors though...

Year 1 was their first meeting. Obviously not going very well because it was a one-sided attraction (Billy having an instant crush on her while Haru is responding with disgusted rejection towards his displays of affection and adoration) because she was not interested into getting in a relationship.

Yet at that same year, she took time to observe him so she can understand why he likes her. And then after observing that a lot of people treat him like a comedy relief, she would act a little nicer towards him by treating him like a person and clarifying her thoughts, enotions and boundaries to lessen misunderstandings and discomfort. He appreciated her treatment that he also returns the favor by doing things for her, that's also within her levels of comfort.

Year 2 was Haru getting more familiar and comfortable with Billy's presence that she stopped pushing him away whenever he displays physical affection towards her. Now gives him gifts that aren't practically useful for him but it's the thought that counts, always doing her best to include Billy into certain things even if being a robot can limit the experience.

Hand holding turn to leaning, leaning turn to hugs and hugs turns into trust. They both grow together to have a deeper understanding of each other's weaknesses and vulnerable sides.

The impulsive urge to spit out a fanfic on Haru asking Billy why he loves her. What made him fell?

I think he would joke at first, telling a truth but not the real reason why he fell ("I think you're cute and cool!" etc.)

& when Haru looks annoyed at getting a joke for an answer, he laughs & gently drops the joking demeanor as he admits that it's because she treated him differently.

She's confused.

He explains more: He's always the butt of a joke & since he's not really an organic being he doesn't sometimes count as a person. & it just. Made him want to protect her. He saw how poorly she fights, how she prefers a stage than a battlefield.

& how she treats him differently compared to how she treats others??? It made him even feel more special. Like the only guy allowed to see her be openly honest to him with her current feelings of worry & care for him...

& you know what? Maybe he just wanna chase that star.

Of course we all know shooting stars don't stop & stare

But this one does.
