all the similarities between byleth and dio i can think of

both can stop time in an appearence that isn't their first (byleth in three hopes, dio in part 3)

both have some connection to the divine (dio is italian for god and he definitely thinks very highly of himself, byleth has the goddess as their brain gremlin)

both can do shenanigans because of parts of someone else's body (dio gets two stands because of jonathan's body, byleth can do time shenanigans because they have sothis' crest stone attatched to their heart)

both have colour palette changes after getting more powerful (dio gets red eyes and green lips in the anime after drinking joseph's blood, byleth gets green hair and eyes after fusing with sothis)

they're both canonically bisexual

both very good at getting people onto their side (dio's charisma, byleth can recruit almost every playable character in three houses)
