For the past few days, Kakashi had been keeping himself in a state of semi-consciousness, hoping to leave his body to heal in anyway he could. A voice- correction, a new voice, pulled him from that state to attempt and identify it’s source. He couldn’t make out the words immediately, but he knew the tone. His mouth twitched slightly in some bizarre smile, raising his eyes to meet the ones above him. "Nice to see you too, Obito."
The Uchiha paused and he let out a small sigh. "I did mean to find you and tell you eventually..." He wanted to go from the very beginning that he was revived, but he felt like he didn't deserve it--until word got to him through his sources that one certain Hokage got himself captured.
