Honestly if you been thinking about it that long, I would go for it. My mom once told me you gotta commit to a tattoo for six months before getting it, which isn't a rule for everyone, but it's worked for me. (she has two sleeves and still getting more at 52 ��). But I hope you figure it out! ��
