Well, Rep is basically Sans-sized, what in ALIVE is around 145cm. Teri is a little shorter than Metta, so around 190cm (not counting the horns, LMAO).

Food does not work normally in the Underground, especially after the hunger outbreak. (Pooch explains how hunger works in another ask.)

Although it must be said... Hound isn't exactly here to be friends with anyone. To him, everything that moves can be considered as food. Everything alive, struggling, and fighting back is a game that can be hunted.

Hence why, it's wiser to feed the food you offered to that someone and he kills them to eat afterwards. After all, that is much more appealing and thrilling for him.
