I got my psych referral n all the paperwork from my GP and like I freaked bc I didn't think they would ask about such personal stuff for the paperwork like I thought I could just hand in the headspace paperwork and get them to give me a form or whatever but I couldn't answer everything correctly bc I wasn't prepared and I don't 100% wanna talk to my gp about that stuff
#I always always say no to substance abuse and r*pe but ! I need to be honest but I can't talk about it in real life I've never talked about#it ever#I talked about substance abuse with my ex who is the person who raped me so like I opened up to her and I've never told anyone else#bc she obviously betrayed my trust#I really need to talk about this stuff but my school friends are just ?? they seem so young and they don't know how to handle stuff they#haven't experienced
