DODO APPREACIATION POST because everybody forgets about him but for me he is the only true son of Haguni, right with his sister Heiya ♡
I’m still disappointed they didn’t add Dodo into s3. He could have easily taken on Nobu’s role as the younger boy Arisu takes under his wing. No offense to Nobu, he was a fine character but I love Dodo. That’s my boy‼️🦤
you guys have NO IDEA how much i wish they added dodo to the live action 💔💔💔 i love him so much and hes such an important part of arisu’s character (along with the four of hearts) UGH i can’t believe they got rid of him 🙁
dodo will appear on s3 trust guys trust 🤞🤞🤞
What does Hayato Dodo and Rantaro Amani have in common?
Has multiple missing siblings
Canonically knows slang used by teenage girls
Good at nail painting
Participated in 2 death games
Was also part of the “side stories” portion in their respective media
No Doudou??? 😞
aib vol 7 releases next week cant wait to see my beloved found family
AIB X ESCAPE ROOM(lol)
idk if the fandom is dead but i woke up trying to make a book idea then BOOM! Alice in Borderland in escape room. I recently watched the 2 movies and fell in love with them so I'm debating if I should make a book about it or not bc i will most likely give up. I was thinking about the waiting room thing and then realizing that GOD DAMMIT they had a pattern. So what would be the pattern here? Lonely. They were all (probably) lonely.
Arisu started to move away from his family but he still had Karube and Chota but nonetheless, he's still lonely. He barely had any friends, his family paid little attention to him, and he was lonely. I don't know what else to say. If the room was based off of him then I would say it would be related to video games in a graveyard or something. Since his mom died I think they would want to hit him there and he likes video games so I guess that makes sense. Or an interview since he never got a job. I don't really know what would fit him or how the escape room would even go but all I know is that I want it to be related to video games. Would he survive? It's like 50/50 for me. I'm thinking about the ending here when (SPOILER ALERT) Zoey saves Ben from the douchebag, Idk, and that's literally the only reason why they both survive so Idk if he would even survive the crazy antidote room or not so there's that.
Usagi had to be the most lonely out of all the lonely, maybe she and chishiya are in a tie of loneliness. We see more of her backstory in the manga where she loses her friends since she likes both kinds of people. She obviously didn't get along with anyone in high school since she was seen sitting alone in the manga. Plus her dad died and we didn't see anything of her mom. There's also the scene where she's in the Shibuya crossing alone in the live-action so she most likely takes care of herself. Her game would either be related to them having to climb a mountain with bombs detonating throughout the way or something news or playground-related. For a playground, I was thinking they would all be drowned in quicksand if they took too long, similar to Escape Room 2, I'm not sure about the news-related thing since she and her father were harrassed by the paparazzi and I was thinking for the park there would be a sign saying "Mt. Everest Park" since her father claimed to have climbed Mt. Everest. Would she survive? It depends on the game honestly, I don't think she would go batshit crazy like Zoey did but I think she would have good survival chances. I think she'd escape the German douchebag guy at the end if she even survives the crazy room, it all depends on who she's against.
Chishiya. We don't see a lot from him only the fact he was a medical student studying to become a pediatrician. However, when he explains everything to Usagi and Arisu(Niragi probably heard it too) we learn a bit more. Observing his personality, he obviously didn't get along with people well as he has no sympathy and empathy and he's quick to cut people off. His escape room would be related to a hospital of such or maybe a surgery room. Maybe something was also related to money since his boss or the higher-ups seemed to take patients who were more important and who would deliver more money. I didn't finish the manga so maybe if I did that I would find out even more things there. He would have good survival chances, I think he would end up like Zoey but not in a batshit crazy way but in a way where he would've realized that they wouldn't know their fate if they can't see them. He probably would've somehow faked his death depending on the room and attacked the guards who came in to clean up the bodies. I don't know if Arisu would do the same thing but I'd say maybe Arisu's more likely to since he's quick to think outside of the box(that's how you say it, right?) but at the same time, Chishiya find things out faster. I think Chishiya could survive and I think he could survive that crazy room with the antidote and stuff.
Kuina was obviously lonely. I don't think she had friends honestly especially when she's trans. Her mom fell ill and her dad was abusive towards her. I think her escape room could be that dojo room and maybe makeup-related stuff in there too. Idk what the game would be like but it would have to be related to her family. The Borderlands brought out her stronger side so I don't think she would survive but she would be near the end point of things. I don't think she'd make it past the crazy antidote room but she'd make it far. She's smart but also not super smart and at the same time, Danny or whatever died not because he was smart or weak but literally because the ice blew up and he fell through it. The same goes for Mike who died because of the black guy whose name I forgot. Maybe she would die from that too because it just makes sense.
Niragi was bullied throughout his high school years and once he changed, which was revealed he changed before the Borderlands happened, I don't think he had many acquaintances. I was thinking his room would look a little bit like how his backstory went in the manga. In the manga, there was a cutoutboard of a body with different points on it including Niragi's glasses. So they hit Niragi to get 'points' for the made-up game. I don't know how the game would go but I thought that as soon as one of them tried to hit the bodyboard with the baseball, the escape room would activate. Would he survive? Absolutely not. He would probably die from either game circumstances or from his recklessness. I think he would die in his own room.
I'm not sure who else should be here. I could do maybe Hayato, Aguni, or Ann. Hayato was lonely in ways, his own friend hooked up with his crush and it seems like Hayato enjoyed the Borderlands? I don't remember. Aguni's backstory was revealed in the manga where he had an abusive dad and they lived in an apartment. He and Hatter would fight gangs together and blah blah blah. We don't see a lot from Ann but she seems pretty lonely ngl. Anyway, I was also thinking of Akane but she was obviously popular in school and she seemed to like that so the only lonely part of her would probably be her home. Her mother seemed abusive when she was experiencing her first game and I hadn't seen that part in the manga yet so idk. All I need is one more person and I might start making the book.
