The problem with Hazbin Hotel
I think the problems Hazbin has are literal clinche creepypasta problems. Let me explain.
Creepypastas like Jeff the Killer, Eyeless Jack, etc, have a few problems that Hazbin took.
1. Too much blood and violence and not enough story.
Most creepypastas always has tons and tons of blood and violence, and never enough plot, or good enough plot. Hazbin Hotel has that problem as well. Creepypastas always want blood, s*x stuff, swearing, and any other mature thing to look edgy or mature.. Literally, just like Hazbin Hotel, it is filled with 'mature stuff' to be like an adult show, to the point where it gets old fast.
2. Red and black colors daily
Hazbin Hotel basically has like 2 colors, red and black, for every single character, almost, wait for it... .. Just like creepypastas!! Creepypastas will always have red and black to look ominous, scary, .. or just really edgy for the sake of it. Hazbin characters have 2 colors, and that is basically it.
Almost all creepypastas have terrible writing, like if it were written by a 12 year old. Hazbin feels like it was written by an edgy 12 year old who just wants to have at TV for the sake of it. They both have similar writing, like how Alastor feels like a creepypasta character like Jeff the Killer or something.
So, in conclusion, Hazbin is a great example of what happens when you add WAY too many swears, blood, and mature jokes over and over for the sake of it. If you are writing something that has some of these things, be careful about how many you add, don't abuse it like Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss did. Goodbye now :)
