When I think of Pharos gender specifically, I don't think he would grasp the concept of gender at all, he would find it quite interesting though,... And if we add trans Makoto/Kotone it would make it even more interesting...

He probably wouldn't get gender, but he would definitely want to understand it and feel the human sense of identity.
