- Ben gets ready at Eddies house bc Eddie is honestly a fashion icon and Ben admires him. only issue is- Richies there, too. “hey, eggboy, you gonna go all the way with urine tonight?” “ricHIE STOP”

- He wears a cute like grey suit with a navy tie, and a little white rose in his pocket. he gets a little nervous because his thinks his tshirts too tight and he doesnt like the way he looks but Eddie and Richie convince him Stans gonna love it.

- they werent wrong. Stan nearly forgets how to b r e a t h e when he sees Ben. In the past 5 years the only thing he’s seen him in is graphic tees and jeans or jorts, and occasionally his underwear at the quarry etc. Ben looks so good tho. like Stan has always loved this lil bean, before and after he started loosing his weight.

- Stan looks effortless, with the help of Bev, in a navy suit, grey tie. He’s got his curls slicked back and he has a little book in his hand. it’s a book of classic poetry from the charity store, he thought that flowers or chocolates were stupid.

- The whole ride there, Mike being the driver, there hands are sticky and sweaty and they don’t really speak to eachother. Ben puts his hands on the seat next to him and it lands ontop of Stans - he goes to move it away but Stan just grabs on and intertwines their fingers!!!??,,

- They dance to a couple of songs with the losers, but when a slow dance song comes on, Ben offers his hand to Stan, who accidentally spills his drink down his shirt. This obvs upsets him and he insits they stay but Ben knows he’s uncomfortable so he borrows Mikes truck and drives them back to Bens. The plan was to change Stans shirt and go back after, but the two ended up speaking for hours, not even realising and then Stan fell asleep on Bens lap, Ben falling asleep agaisnt the wall!!!!!!

- Bill took about 80 polaroids of the two of them sleeping bc those are his boys!!!
