I'm fucking sorry but can we PLEASE put something in the first amendment saying it is unconstitutional to "picket" someone's funeral?
I'm not big on screwing with our freedom of speech or assembly but come on. The people do nothing but spread hate. Their opinions, no matter how stupid they may be, are still their opinions and they are free to express them, but they shouldn't be able to express them at a funeral where people are mourning their loved ones.
