The title of Buddha literally means enlightened one, a knower; the title of Christ (Christos/Chrisos in Greek) means anointed one; a person anointed (anoint means to smear with precious oil) upon the head (Nazor or Nasorean); this is in reference to the opening of the Third Eye, or to become enlightened (Gnosis). Do you know then, that Buddha and Christ mean the same thing?
