The Dragon Prince ⚔️🐉

Jos Verstappen is a Mad King obsessed with war and conquest, and many predict that his son Max will become his successor, bringing more suffering to the kingdom.

Queen Sophie fears this future, terrified, trying to cultivate love in her son's soul, but the King is relentless and takes his son to every battle. The Prince's entourage consists of adult warriors who don’t know the warmth of home, so the Queen calls envoys to the court with their heirs.

One day, she sees a scene of her usually distant son watching a boy practice with a bird. Perhaps she thinks Max felt that they could find a common language, because he also trains with a powerful being that conquers the heavens. His dragon.

Queen Sophie watches with a smile as the two boys train in the courtyard and compete in archery. After meeting this boy, Max returns to his chambers, covered in mud, but filled with violent emotions. His gaze lights up with a spark of life, and the woman decides that this is her chance.

She summons Lord and Lady Leclerc, asking for their son's hand in marriage to betroth the boy to her son.

What she didn't know was that her sweet boy didn't get along at all with the Leclerc boy. And their frequent skirmishes led to small scuffles.

Charles hoped that years later, Prince Max would end their engagement.

They haven't seen each other since they were 12 years old, since the Prince went to another battle on the side of his father, the King.

Charles lived his best life, until one day a huge shadow cut through the clouds, making his falcon scream. His fiance returned home.

Max came to take what belongs to him.
