hey bud! you should consider doing #inktober! it was the major force that got me back into drawing after giving it up. one ink drawing a day, tagged #inktober2016, that's the only rule. last year when i felt like giving up i like, wrote 'can't' in ink and just getting something out is the whole point. it's really freeing to throw your drawing in with millions of other peoples! and the community is real supportive. :)

.............huh. I’m.....very tempted, tbh. Having a supportive community would be nice, since I’m way more self-conscious about my art than I am about, say, writing.

I’d really love to start practicing again. I used to draw all the time when I was a kid but I quit after highschool and I kind of regret it....

Today I was dwelling on the 8 million ideas I have for Mystic Messenger comics and I thought it might be worth practicing a bit, even if they’re shabby and I don’t end up posting them hahaha. I was going to try maybe doing one per week, but I guess inktober could be a good challenge too.

ahhh no i havent read Avialae but I’m definitely familiar with Lucid’s RinRei art!!! She has a very distinctive style hahaha *heart eyes*

I know an anon just asked if there could be a physical version, but have you thought of making it into a pdf selling it as an ebook? I'd love to have it on my kindle!

I have considered that but I’d like to redraw the beginning if I am to put everything together. So it’ll depend if I have enough time for that.

By all means! I’ve never used this method for outlining before so I’m not sure how effective it will be (for me personally, that is.) I usually do super light outlines but this stupid fic is way too long and complicated and I don’t want to forget anything critical later on

You’re welcome. I talk about it because I know there are people I don’t know and will never meet who are where I was a few years ago when I finally heard someone I trusted speak out about it, and I decided to get myself help to get better. I’m just trying my best to be that person for someone else.
