This is me in bed. At 11 am on a Saturday morning. Atypical of IG photos: I feel like I was rode hard and put up wet (an old cowboy saying) and my cat has been sent by the other animals to say: where is the food lady • I get horribly ill from avocado and must have had some in yesterday's lunch out and was up most of the night (or I have a bug but intuitively I don't think so) • During one of my waves of illness I was reminded about the mantra conversation I had yesterday on my IG video. I recommend using those when you are feeling unwell too. BUT. And this is a huge but. Always keep your wording positive. For instance I'd never say "I do not want Crohn's." Look at that sentence. It has "want Crohn's" in it. I certainly don't want my mind-body zeroing in on that part of the message. More effective: "my body is healing -- I am at ease."
