I really wish my heart would get its shit together. I hate the feeling of palpitations 😩 it also makes me nervous to the point that I feel like I'm going to have an anxiety attack. I need to stop drinking caffeine and go back on my Meds

My rib has been dislocated for like 2 weeks. At first it was super painful and I was taking a fuckton of pain meds and now I don't even notice it until i laugh or hug someone, and i'm like "ow what the fuck." But then i like "oh. Right. Fuck."

Why is healthy food so crunchy and loud? I feel so rude when I need to eat... but to be honest when you are eating healthy/raw you need to eat every few hours, and when you have 6 hours of class straight you have to eat during class. Apples, celery, carrots, almonds, banana chips... all of my favorite snack foods are so loud!!
