Hudson & Abbey

who wakes up first in the morning

Hudson usually gets out of bed first because he likes to get out and work in the vineyard early but he’ll usually be showering in the morning when Abbey slips in with him. 

who’s the first to fall asleep at night

I feel like they are usually the type to go to bed together though Hudson is probably the first one knocked out, snoring beside her as she looks through her phone before bed. 

what they playfully tease each other over

They were high school sweethearts. They have been with each other through so many embarrassing memories that they argue about the details and whose fault the situation they got into was. 

what they do when the other’s having a bad day

Hudson likes to just go out in the fields and work when having a rough day, but after a while, she comes out with lunch and just sits with him which is all he needs. And with her, he isn’t always the best at reading her so he may not always do exactly what she needs but he will leave her wildflowers like he used to pick in high school with a note saying that he loves her always. 

how they say ‘i’m sorry’ after arguments

When they fight, they fight! And neither is ready to give a sincere apology right away. They need space and when they have cooled off they can come back and listen to each other better and apologize. 

which one’s more ticklish

Abbey, and Hudson will randomly attack her with tickles when on the couch together just to annoy her because he finds her scolding amusing. 

their favourite rainy day activities

Even in the rain he is out working. She will go over to get him to come but he ends up dragging her out in the rain with him where she seems upset at first but then ends up kicking mud up on him which causes him to chase her. 

how they surprise each other

Hudson complains that he doesn’t like surprises but she knows what he will end up loving whether that is a plan out for the day or something sports related. He knows that she has given up a lot for him so he tries to plan vacations to places she mentioned when she thought he wasn’t listening. 

their most sickening shows of public affection

When Hudson has had a few she definitely has had to restrict him from being too handsy but overall they keep it appropriate though he isn’t shy about kissing her for everyone to see.

Philip & Nikki

who wakes up first in the morning

The only time it’s Philip is because he has an obligation that requires him to be up early. Otherwise it’s always Nikki who is up and ready for the day. 

who’s the first to fall asleep at night

Nikki. Philip is a night owl. Sometimes he likes to go out with the boys when his schedule allows but loves to curl up next to her when she’s asleep. 

what they playfully tease each other over

I don’t know that they are much of the teasing type? Philip definitely likes to push things out of amusement and she will do things that are unexpected to him, but they don’t really nag on each other.

what they do when the other’s having a bad day

I think it’s very simple. They just ask what the other needs. Sometimes it’s knowing to give the other space and other times it’s just being there.

how they say ‘i’m sorry’ after arguments

Let’s be real, Nikki isn’t usually the one that should apologize but when she does she puts pride aside and just says it with sincerity. Philip tends to buy flowers or a treat she knows she likes and tests the water when he gives them to her before verbally apologizing. 

which one’s more ticklish

Philip. All it takes is her digging a finger into his side and his whole body collapses. 

their favourite rainy day activities

They have a lot of obligations and busy schedules so they love days where they can escape into a charming small town and spend the day there at the shops and local food joints. Very low key. 

how they surprise each other

Philip is big on grand gestures. Nikki hardly needs them but she’s accepted that is just how he likes to do things and show he appreciates her. Nikki, on the other hand, is more of an “it’s in the details” person and surprises him with small things that he has mentioned that he misses from his childhood. 

their most sickening shows of public affection

They are an affectionate couple but when it comes to the public it is limited. There are standards that Philip has to meet when it comes to how he conducts himself in public. But he always has an arm around her or holds her hand. Though the paparazzi have definitely published a few drunken kisses they shared when out with friends.
