I had a question. Would special bodily characteristics still be active in someones body? Like a third eye for someone to be telepathic or for a demon's body which releases toxic poison upon being cut?

hello there! thanks for the questions! 

in the case of having a third eye, the actual body part will be retained, but the ability to perform telepathy will be removed. in essence, it’s just a nice decal that you probably will need eye drops for every now and then. 

for the toxic gas, as this is what we assume is from the biological makeup of your character, this will remain. please continue to be a biohazard at your own leisure!
