Okay, so I said earlier in the week that I was going to be making some changes to my blog. Well, I finally have them up and ready to go!
The first change is my shiny new theme. It took me a lot of trial and error to get it just right, so I hope you guys like the new look. (Seriously, let me know what you think. I'd like to know whether or not it looks good on your side of the screen)
What once started out as a way for me to follow the writers and artists who regularly tore out my heart - while proceeding to stomp on it mercilessly before putting it back together again - has morphed into something else entirely.
Some time ago, I found myself wanting to give back to the communities that had become such a wonderful part of my life. But since I’m not the most talented of fangirls, that left me with something of a quandary. After a rather interesting discussion on the Hawthorn and Vine sonorus, I decided that there was actually something I could do, something that was already dear to me anyway - fic recs.
So it all boils down to this:
Each week, as long as the RL will allow, I will post one fanfiction recommendation or pimp one piece of fan art for each of the four fandoms I actively follow.
The posting schedule will be as follows:
Monday - Once Upon a Time
Tuesday - Naruto
Wednesday - Avatar/Legend of Korra
Thursday - Harry Potter
Friday - Fandom Free For All (in which I post whatever I want)
Saturday/Sunday - Odds and Ends (queue, queue, queue)
I have also opened up the blog for submissions.
