HeavyYoga™ is yoga with weights. A 30-minute strength session that will help you to get stronger for yoga without weights, and for life. HeavyYoga™ is physically challenging but accessible to those with only basic yoga experience. The weights you'll need are light, about 3 to 5 lbs for women, and 5 to 10 lbs for men (depending on how strong you want to be).
