Stylin' Queen
Had such a great time lastnight at my fitting with the designer to Live. Now, Michael Eardley. We styled, talked, and I myself had a few octanes! LOL I had a long day, I need it! lol I also had the privelege to be the first to get a sneak peek at the masterpiece for Saturday, the event I was being fitted for.
It was funny because a week or so ago he said go look at my look book and tell me what you like. I did so in my spare time and fell in love with this multi colored tunic. It is mostly pink, with a variety of greens and purples and blues blended into the pattern. It looks almost like paint splatters. Kinda rockerish, which is sooo me! :P I instantly got this imagine of how i wanted the outfit to look. I was able to see some of my own accessories with it so I knew right away it was the piece of choice.
When i had arrived yesterday and explained my styling concept, Michael was a little wary. He get saying "It won't work!! I'm telling you it wont work!!" LOL But I swore by my idea, It was destined to look good together. AND sure enough, as i started putting it together he started seeing the same vision i had for this piece. By the time I was adding this amazing studded belt we were both EXTREMELY satisfied with the outcome.
"I am a STYLIN' QUEEN!" I exclaimed! LOL
He was impressed and very happy with the outfit. I am very excited to wear his line this weekend. He is a sponsor and also one of the most experienced designers in the showcase. I'm not too sure if any of the other competitors have their line in boutiques, let alone a line at all!! He's def the highlight designer of the night.
He will be featured in a fun loving blog feature on my site coming up at the end of spring, I am excited to feature him along with other rising and succeeding montreal talents. See you all Sat! til then, Ta Ta!
