It's ironic how much I love being in my kitchen, whipping up different dishes, and yet, I can't bake. Yep, at #HeelsKitchenbyTin, walang baking na nagaganap. Yung mga bulilit ko always nangungulit na magbake ako ng mga sweets and desserts, ang sagot ko lang,  check the pantry, kase I always make sure it's stocked with Lemon Square goodies. Eh yung pwede pala silang i-overhaul and transform into any one of your favorite desserts? Kase naman Lemon Square Cheese Cake is a dense and compact cake, made from fresh eggs and milk that’s perfect for making homemade recipes and desserts for the whole family. Ang saya diba! Bonus pa that it's so easy, you can do it with your little one! Kaya super enjoy si kulot sa bonding namin! Sharing with you one of our #SiksikSaSarapAtPagmamahal recipes that Zaia and I came up with. Peach Lemon Square Cheese Cake Parfait Ingredients: • canned peach, sliced, do not throw away syrup • cold cream cheese • cold all purpose cream • Lemon Square Cheese Cake Procedure: •cut off top part of Lemon Square Cheese Cake and set aside. Cut the rest into small cubes, set aside •whip cream cheese and cream until fluffy •if mixture is thin, chill for at least 30 minutes to thicken Assembling the parfait: •layer a glass with Lemon Square Cheese Cake cubes • drizzle with 1-2 teaspoons of syrup from canned peach •line peaches up against the glass •add cream cheese mixture just until it covers peaches •repeat layering •last layer should be cream cheese mixture •decorate top with cut/cubed/sliced peaches and crushed top part of Lemon Square Cheese Cake Lemon Square Cheese Cake is easily available in the nearest grocery, supermarket, and sari-sari store.
