The new brute neoteny look, eyes always closed but eyelids are transparent enough to still look around. These fellas, despite their name, will no longer be a hint on what caste it'll grow into. Like some mites take their time going from worker to butcher, some neotenies take their time going from fish thing/crawling little ball sack to worker... or if they're unlucky, runt.
Also, mite castes, their in between phases and their livestock counterparts. Ancient mites (not included in the wip) don't have in between phases because the "castes" known to modern mites were actually different species in their ancient era - ancient colonies were truly a wonder to behold with so many species coexisting and working such complex systems... but now its just all mutant junkies with behavioral issues.
