Every time I think of Hellfire! Ward's personality, I think of that scene in Lilo and Stitch where Stitch first crashes down on Earth and is laughing maniacally in burning rubble.
Grant is also know as SHIELDs resident baby whisperer when the team starts having children.
His unnaturally high body temperature seems to be able to lull any baby he holds into sleep. He's quite proud of it.
Grant has been caught staring gleefully at flames more than once.
It's caused several SHIELD agents to think that he's absolutely crazy.
