when liv says “i love you” to hugh and he says “so much” back. i love that exchange because it’s like. she knows he loves her, he doesn’t have to say it. so he just reiterates that he loves her “so much” and i think that’s beautiful. and i imagine she says the same thing or something similar back to him. so it’s never “i love you too”
