I think you just plug your iPhone into the laptop with the power lead and open iTunes on your laptop then I think they will just sync and your songs from iPhone should go to your laptop. It worked when I put my songs from my iPad onto my laptop :)

i tried that but it says i dont have anything in my library :\ ur lucky i wanna cry i dont wanna lose my songs boo
