Dearest Holly,

I wish we were together doing something, or getting chinese food (ribs; you feel me), and even though I'm procrastinating by watching the apprentice and blogging, I still have to pack. I haven't even started packing and I'm going tomorrow. I'm sorry <3

But you do have to admit, we British are not good at coping with snow? Obviously when there's a situation like there is in parts of Wales at the moment, that's a bit different as it's incredibly rare for here, but my university put out a weather warning on Monday when it snowed - by snowed, I mean dandruff fell from the sky for about half an hour and melted almost instantly.

Depends on where in Britain to be perfectly honest. The south isn't as good because the temperature is slightly warmer and they don't get snow as often as places in the north.

If everybody moved to North Scotland, we'd cope a lot better than if we all lived in Cornwall.

Last night we came in sweaty hot, the water wouldn't run really cold and we didn't have any ice cubes, so we used frozen carrots instead. Thought I'd tell you since I've just noticed the glass with a carrot in it..
