Called a customer, he asked to be called back in an hour, i documented that IN THE FILE, left the casefile open, and planned to get back to it in an hour. I open the case file again, and see a coworker has called him back 20 minutes after I did, he (Obviously!) did not pick up, she marked it down as unsuccessful and closed the case. GIRL.

One of my assigned duties is calling people for feedback, and I just accomplished it. First ever call to a customer who sounded audibly stressed with very obviously female moaning in the background. I cannot fathom picking up an unknown number during sex, but I dare not imagine any other scenario.
