The BIG Breakfast Diet
The Big Breakfast Diet is designed to help you rapidly lose weight/fat. Most diets are done over longer periods of time but this one is faster and more simple. It has been created as having five days of the week as your ‘Big Breakfast’ days followed by one cheat day and then one fast day. This diet is done for a twenty-eight day period. On your cheat day you can eat whatever you desire whenever you want as long as you don’t stuff yourself and don’t consume alcohol. On your fast day you consume nothing but fluids and Branched Chain Amino Acids supplements (BCAA) which are essential nutrients from proteins found in meat, dairy products, and legumes. On your fast days you should drink lots of non-calorie fluids but mostly be consuming water. On the other five days of the week you should have a ‘Big Breakfast’ each day and supplement with the BCAAs for the rest of the day along with a very small lunch and dinner. For breakfast you can eat whatever you desire but you will have to eat eight times your Lean Body Mass in calories with a breakdown of 30% carbohydrates, 40% protein, and 30% fat. All these calories must be consumed within 90 minutes of waking up. Drinking a portion of these calories as a shake may help if the calories are too much to consume at once. When taking your BCAAs on your Big Breakfast days you should take 5 grams at mid-morning, noon, mid-afternoon, evening, and before you go to bed which will result in 25 grams of BCAAs in total per day.
