Veil Nightclub | Tait & Blaze

It had been an embarrassingly long time since Tait had gone to a club. For so long, his leg did not have the flexibility to contend with the crowds or irregular movements of others. As such it could honestly be said that he had just never gotten in the habit so he had simply never picked it up. But the Resort was about trying new things and letting go of old routines. So here he was, in the smoky crowd filled with pretty young things, dressed up to please themselves and for some, others as well. He hovered at the edge of the dance floor, watching a particularly enthusiastic group of patrons who weren’t good but clearly having fun. He really should have done this more often. It was an interesting place to observe people. Stepping to the side, he brushed past another patron with dark hair and a variety of tattoos. Now that was interesting. There wasn’t a lot of that here in this bastion of ostensible wealth. “Excuse me.” He managed to convey by leaning in to be heard over the din of the pulsing music. “I think I bumped your drink. May I buy you another as an apology?”
