HEY, ELSA! Andrealphus is a Marquis of the Ars Goetia, brother to Stella, former brother in law to Stolas of whom he's been plotting against. Now seemingly the head of house and additional guardian to Octavia, he thinks he has a lot of weight to throw around with Stolas banished. With two other Ars Goetia active, along with plenty of others in Hell, Andrealphus could have a lot of chaos to sow as he makes his power grab without Stolas in the way.
