Hypnotise Yourself to Sleep
Many people struggle to get to sleep every night, and whilst this isn't going to be a remedy for everyone it may help some. I've attempted this myself and it's worked really well. Hypnosis is something that some are skeptical about, however after seeing my father (a man who is quick to call out something as BS) being hypnotised, I knew it was 100% real. The following psychological trick is a basic hypnosis that can help you sleep better.
The Technique
1. Make sure you're in a comfortable position where you plan on sleeping.
2. Close your eyes and feel how heavy your eyelids are. Even consciously think 'my eyelids are heavy' a few times
3. Think consciously 'my mind is tired'
4. Focus on three deep breaths
5. Repeat the process of 'my eyes are heavy. My mind is tired' and focusing on the breaths until your breathing naturally becomes lighter and you can't continue with these thoughts
Whilst this would constitute more basic psychology rather than magic, I so genuinely hope it helps someone. Manifest a better sleeping pattern! You are worthy or rest!
