Please help doggie, good Samaritan in Brooklyn NYC NYC 81st Precinct [phone] THIS DOG IS LOCATED AT 844 Madison street Brooklyn 11221. THE COPS HAVE BEEN CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES, NY BULLY CREW HAS COME OUT. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. COPS WERE JUST CALLED AGAIN. IT IS 95 DEGREES OUT!! I am not in NYC currently and was sent this picture. Backstory. I have asked the owners for these dogs. The owners are seniors and their younger son owns these dogs but is never there. They clearly used them for breeding (there is a male not pictured) mom gave birth about a month ago. Puppies are already being sold. This is disgusting, I have been threatened by the owner. I have a dog shes a bit old maybe 10 or so

And for a while almost two years shes been having what I believe to be flea allergy dermatitis and we have tried loads of flea medicine and spray and powders around house and in her and we cant afford a vet so wondering if yall have any advice
