oh god good someone gave me an excuse to love on jester. i was waiting for an oppurtunity.  first of all, we love jester’s portrayals, all of them. jester has this magic ability to provide the perfect lens to view the muses and seep beneath the surface to see the incredible depth that canon typically robs them of. i adore your ability, jester, to write characters and have them be apologetically introspective and morally ambiguous. it is fantastic and i aspire to learn to do that myself. secondly, for the love of god literally everyone on this site would be blessed to ship with jester. i thought i was in over my head with writing ren but jester hypes me up so much and we get so fucking giddy over discussing our boys and how fucking stubborn they are and it is amazing. a bonus for number three, jester’s taste in music and graphics is fucking exquisite. i am able to feel good about sending literally any song that reminds me of our boys to jester and i imagine it’s a mutual confidence~ let me end this by screaming about how jester is really fucking thoughtful and used a lyric from florence & the machine’s seven devils, a song i sent in relation to our angel and demon au, for our ship tag, that’s some attention to detail! okay rant over, conclusion we love @hemlockd​ and everyone should adore jester

          SHE   THOUGHT   NOBODY   ELSE      was   around .      had   even   looked   to   make   sure   there   wasn’t   anyone   else   in   the   aisle   when   she   first   looked      —      before   she   used   telekinesis   to   retrieve   an   item   from   the   top   shelf .      something   she   knew   she   wouldn’t   have   been   able   to   reach   otherwise .

          but   any   illusion   of   safety   was   shattered   when   she   caught   sight   of   the   wide - eyed   girl   watching   her      —      had   definitely   seen   what   happened .      there   was   no   question ,      was   there ?      a   breath   drawn   in   as   she’d   try   to   decide   what   to   DO   about   it .      pretend   nothing   happened ?      as   if   that   would   do   anything .      wasn’t   really   something   that’d   be   easy   to   claim   was   FAKE ,      either .      could   really   only   hope   that   the   girl   wasn’t   going   to   be   a   THREAT      —      something   she   couldn’t   be   sure   of   yet ,      even   if   she   didn’t   look   particularly   dangerous .

          so   what ?      should   she   say   something ?      didn’t   know   what   to   say ,      though .      hesitated .      “      d’you   want   something ?      ”      dry ,      but   cautious   as   she   watched   the   other   closely .      probably   the   best   way   to   test   her   reaction .

Akechi straightened the collar of his jacket and averted his face, as if trying to signal that he wasn’t interested in conversing with her. It had been a long day in the metaverse ‒ nothing he wasn’t used to ‒ and yet, Yoshizawa seemed to beat him when it came to energy. After all, she had asked for his time to talk, supposedly, and he was unsure what to make of it. He assumed she thought there was a lot to talk about, but was it really going to be worth his time?
