Have boilng water ready, add 2 Tbsp of the herbal sinus steam to a large bowl, add 2 cups of boiling water, grab a large bath towel and carefully allow your face to come into the steam ( waiting for it to cool if it feels too hot) and then drape the bath towel over the pot & your head crating a sauna effect. Slowly breathe in the steam with eyes closed for up to 10 minutes. Repeat daily, weekly, as needed.
