A Middle Eastern twist on a classic schnitzel recipe, chicken breasts are marinated in a flavorful shawarma-inspired yogurt mixture, coated in breadcrumbs infused with fresh herbs, then fried to golden perfection. The dish is served with a vibrant green dill tahini sauce, adding brightness and depth to every bite.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup plain yogurt. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill. Juice of 1 lemon. 1/4 cup tahini. 1/4 cup water. 1 tablespoon chopped green onion. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves.
Instructions: Olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. To make the chicken breasts 1/4 inch thick, pound them up and add them to the yogurt marinade. Cover well and let sit for at least an hour or overnight. Chop up the parsley and dill and put them in a different bowl. Take the chicken out of the marinade and cover each piece evenly with the breadcrumb mixture. Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Each side of the chicken should be cooked for four to five minutes, or until it turns golden brown and is fully cooked. Add the green dill tahini sauce to the pan and mix it together with the chopped green onion, mint, cilantro, and lemon juice until it is smooth. Put green dill tahini sauce on top of hot chicken schnitzel to serve.

Elevate your dining experience with Bacon Wrapped Herb Crusted Balsamic Pork Loin. This succulent pork loin is marinated in a flavorful blend of balsamic vinegar, garlic, and fresh herbs, then wrapped in crispy bacon for a mouthwatering and visually stunning dish.
Ingredients: 1 pork loin approximately 3 lbs. 8-10 slices of bacon. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar. 3 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh sage, chopped. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, sage, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a small bowl. This makes a tasty marinade with herbs and balsamic vinegar. Spread the marinade all over the pork loin and make sure it's well covered. For the best flavor, let it sit for at least 30 minutes or put it in the fridge for a few hours. On a baking sheet, put a wire rack. Place the bacon slices next to each other on the rack to make a lattice of bacon that is big enough to go around the pork loin. The marinated pork loin should be wrapped in the bacon lattice and held in place. Roast in an oven that has already been heated for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C. The Bacon Wrapped Herb Crusted Balsamic Pork Loin should rest for 10 minutes after it's done cooking before it is sliced. Cut this pork loin into slices and serve it with your favorite sides. Enjoy how great balsamic, herbs, and crispy bacon taste together!
