Yorkshire Day of Archaeology 2019
The Annual Symposium, now renamed the Yorkshire Day of Archaeology, is our all-day annual meeting, which hosts a number of speakers who all talk about their archaeological work in Yorkshire over the last year. This year’s lineup includes speakers from the Archaeology Data Service (based in the University of York), a project on Sheffield Castle and an independent researcher on various recently discovered prehistoric sites in Teesside, so geographically and topically speaking we have a very wide range! Come along to the Fountains Lecture Theatre at York St. John University from 10:30am. Tickets available on the door.
