Dining with Death lineup? Dining With Death lineup
also closeup on the flambo siblings bc i love them
i wanted to make them like early 1900s adjacent without making it look like I don’t know what 1890s fashion looks like so hope that works
and i made a small reference to alice in wonderland with otak lame’s costuming :0
Camp Nano July 2014
It's that time of year again!! Like New Years, but with less cleaning and more chocolate (same amount of tea: all of it). I'll be aiming for the 30,000 goal once again, in hopes that I can reach it and maybe shoot for 50,000 come November ^^ This is the sequel to the story I wrote for my college thesis, so I may refrain from talking so much about it so as not to accidentally spoil anything that happens in the first book. It's also only a sequel in that it takes place in the same universe and second on the timeline with some of the same characters, so you do get a synopsis:
The Maziro hadn’t attacked as violently as they had nine years ago, when they massacred the Grey Forest camp and set the entire New Resistance on a hyper alert, defense-only agenda. But Lira knows, even as she works to keep her fellow Galvian refugees safe and unnoticed, that this decline in violence isn’t simply a stroke of luck. She had been investigating their activities, including those gone missing in instances linked to Maziro aggressions. When the cautious northern Resistance folk dissuade her prying, she heads south, with a doubtful but supportive friend in tow. The southern refugee camps are more tightly knit, and less concerned with what goes out outside of them. Out of necessity, because in the southern part of the country, the Maziro influence is strong. And the Maziro know it.
