personally, i really like hcing time link to be depressed. he went through so much it would honestly be more surprising if he wasnt lmao

tbf tho, all links went thru a lot of shit

however, i'm also torn between depressed link and actual child-in-an-adult's body link, but i think those two arent really mutually exclusive lol

following my sudden realization, I think we as a collective should let the Links be weird more, both on their own and with each other

Like, let Hyrule and Time and Four just yap to each other in old fae languages. Warriors and Wind bonding over nightmares from blood on their hands in a way most of the others don’t quite get. Sky accidentally absorbing Hyrule’s lighting spells and having to convince everyone he’s fine. Just funny and weird bits between them all, yknow?

Four and Wind bonding as some of the younger members and Four having to go to Hyrule and Wild about their feelings for the sailor. The lot of them bonding as the ones most in tune with their feelings and knowing they’re a little odd

Four and Legend bonding over their deeper connection to themselves(the Colors being something together and Legend with his triforce heroes era; I like to imagine the three colors there kinda just bonded and accepted it pretty quickly)

Hyrule trusting Wild or Legend to keep him in a bottle in fairy form because sometimes it’s nice to be safe from the world

Wild sometimes having an easier time bonding with Legend and Twilight when the two are in their animal forms than their Hylian ones. Complete with cuddles and bites and bigger kisses between them all.

let them be weird but open with each other in a way they can’t be with most people

for fun sometimes I'm like to think that Time's usual thoughts on himself is that he doesn't have time for this shit, he'll keep all his feelings in here --> 🫙 and then one day he'll die. Which of course means that the Hero's Shade will have to deal with it.
