"I wanted you to melt like gold and call me holy"
Fanart for Robert Hallow and the Holy Men and their song The Tumblers! Love his music so much even though he only has one album out. Go give it a listen!

Another poem
Since my last one seemed to be well received so far, I guess I'll post another.
The words
By Kegan Hurley
Occasionally as I lay in bed, I write poetry somewhere in my head And by the time the sun does shine; I open my tired eyes to find That the words escaped somewhere in dreams, Maybe swallowed by leviathan's screams, Maybe hidden behind the seams, Or lost somewhere, stolen by fiends... Occasionally as I sit and sing About white hounds and heron wings, My tongue gets tied, my lips go still, I watch my words run to the hills, Where they shall dance, and run and play, Hiding from man, kissing the day, Or maybe they just fade away, Into the earth just like the Fae… Occasionally as I rock my child And tame his curls that once were wild, I tell tales wove from violin strings And croon soft hymns the angels sing. Until the words are lost in time, Just like the ringing of wind chimes Or like the gentle sway of rhymes, We sit in moonlight, spirits sublime.
