Okay, I'm just going to make a point here. Regarding your latest Reblog on eremika, your tags were rude. That Anon had a right to believe that eren and mikasa are like siblings. Eremika is a very canon-based ship, but their point makes sense, and it's fine if you want to defend it, but don't bash on other's opinions. You might disagree, but their opinion wasn't hurting anyone.
Mmm… I would disagree with you in their opinion not hurting anyone. Eremika fans constantly have to deal with people invalidating our ship by calling it incest. They are the ones who are rude and disrespectful. Eremika fans have tried to convince people that Eremika isn’t incest for ages, yet they continue to send anons badgering us and discrediting our ship. That anon sent it to an Eremika blog, so they have the right to be called out. They were asking for confrontation.
Also, I agree with you in that people are allowed to have their own opinions - I’m not bashing on anon’s opinion in that they view their relationship as sibling-like. That’s fine, that’s their opinion and they have the right to have it. HOWEVER, the important distinction is that anon believes that their opinion makes Eremika incest, which it doesn’t, it’s just their interpretation, and they decided that they should declare the ship as incest - in an Eremika blog’s inbox. That’s just fucking rude and it literally happens all the fucking time, I don’t understand why people think their opinions are somehow official and magically turn to characters into relatives.
I’m sorry if you think the way I talk is abrasive (it is) but frankly I’m sick of people discrediting Eremika and constantly calling it incest. Eremika being incest isn’t even an opinion, it’s just a wrong statement. Their opinion is that that Eremika is a sibling-like relationship.
So yeah I reserve the right to call people out if they are going to go message an Eremika blog with their not-even-opinion rude, wrong statement. I respect their opinion in viewing Eremika as sibling-like, but A) saying it’s incest isn’t even an opinion, it’s just a way to get under our skin and B) wow it’s such an overused argument stop and C) they came w/ their opinion on an Eremika blog. They could’ve kept it to themselves.
